Originating from Odesa, Ukraine, SHIELD has expanded its activities across Europe, with main offices in Brussels (Belgium) and branch offices in Austria, France, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany, in addition to its regional missions in the Middle East and Africa, which today represent key centers of its humanitarian and diplomatic engagement.
