International Diplomatic Council (IDC) – A Global Platform for Diplomacy

The International Diplomatic Council (IDC) is a pioneering international organization in the field of diplomacy and the first of its kind worldwide. Its headquarters is located in Odesa, and through its activities, it strives to enhance international relations and establish platforms for humanitarian dialogue among states at various levels: parliamentary, economic, political, cultural, scientific, and developmental.

It offers special access to the United Nations, embassies, and intellectual and economic gatherings of leading global policymakers in their respective fields.

International Presence

Role of the International Diplomatic Council

The Council’s role is centered on facilitating high-level diplomatic communication between states and global organizations, as well as studying international relations from a comprehensive perspective. This includes engagement with the United Nations, the European Commission, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), and non-governmental actors.

International Diplomatic Card

The IDC issues an International Diplomatic Card to senior members such as commissioners, advisors, ambassadors, and prominent global figures in human rights. This card grants its holder international recognition and special privileges in the performance of diplomatic duties, offering protection under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Immunities and recognized international laws.

International Diplomatic Travel Document

In addition, the IDC grants an International Diplomatic Travel Document, a special tool designed to facilitate the movement of members during international travel. This document, officially recognized by the Council, offers advantages such as border-crossing privileges and expedited formal procedures. It is issued to committee heads, advisors, accredited ambassadors, and influential human rights figures.
